In reply to Rebekah. I do the pushups as a 'reward' for publishing blog posts... Not too sure thats going to be a good idea in the long run. Or it just might be the BEST idea in the long run! Imagine having the Pavlovian response to do pushups after each email sent!

I still enjoy your writing. It has changed a little bit, just in that I think you’ve become more efficient with your words. So nothing to worry about as far as I can tell.
It can be tricky to set the time to do writing every day, maybe you can tie it to your push ups seeing as you’re doing those every day too?
